Training and Placement Cell

Training and Placement Cell of the institute provides total support in defining the career of the students. The cell is trying to help the students in getting the suitable jobs. T & P cell is also trying to bring the excellence in their overall personality through counseling and self development sessions.

Our Mission: - to mould youth into world –class technocrats of tomorrow who would endeavor to increase the quality of life for human kind.

Objectives: - The following are the main objectives of T & P cell: -

To maximize the students potential by expanding the awareness of educational and career opportunities.
To cultivate entrepreneurship spirit in students.
To arrange and monitor industrial training of the students
To arrange industrial trips for students.
To organize seminars/ guest lectures from industry for the benefit of the students.
To act as a link between the students and the employment community.

Working Methodology:-

In- industry training:- To fulfill the curriculum requirements of PTU, the students are required to undergo in industry training that is six weeks and six months training.. And at the last of the training evaluation is done by internal and external examiners.
The T & P cell maintains wide range of data of companies/ organization and helps the students to opt the appropriate for the same. And at the last of the training evaluation is done by internal and external examiners.

Summer/Winter Training: - For the overall development of the students as per PTU curriculum institutional training for second year students is organized in different labs and workshops of the institute. And at the last of the training evaluation is done by internal/external examiners. Also the students undergo 6 months and 6 weeks Industrial Training as per PTU norms.

Personality Development Program: - for the overall development of the students PDP’s, guest lectures, debates etc are organized time to time in the institute.
Industry Institute Interaction:- the training and placement cell is always in contact with reputed industries/ organizations. The cell also arranges visits/ trips to the industries for proper interaction with them.

Campus Placement: - The cell is regularly trying to maintain contacts with well established and renowned Industries/ organizations for the placement of the students.
